Ste. Genevieve R-II is proud to announce that Easton Mertzlufft, a fifth-grade student at Ste. Genevieve Elementary, received Honorable Mention in the Missouri Youth Art Month Exhibition, held at the Capitol in Jefferson City.
Easton’s artwork was selected from a competitive pool of entries submitted by students across the state in the Upper Elementary Division (Grades 3–5). His creative work stood out among submissions for its originality and artistic skill, earning him statewide recognition.
During a special celebration at the Capitol, Easton was honored for his achievement and received a bag of art supplies and a $100 gift certificate to Blick Art Materials.
