American Legion Post 150 has generously funded two $1,500 scholarships for Class of 2025 seniors. The recipients will be surprised with the news on April 29 when all local scholarships are announced. Ste. Genevieve High School appreciates the continued support from community organizations and businesses that make these opportunities possible. These scholarships will help students pursue their goals and further their education.
In addition to supporting scholarships, American Legion Post 150 donated $1,000 to the Student Assistance Program within the district’s Care to Learn chapter (bit.ly/dragongiving). Care to Learn maximizes donations by securing matching grants to address students' needs. The Ste. Genevieve chapter provides immediate funding for emergent health, hunger, and hygiene needs, ensuring students can focus on learning. With community support, we continue to make a meaningful impact.
Ste. Genevieve County R-II sincerely thanks American Legion Post 150 for its generous commitment to student success.
